Hop set
The Hop is an extremely simple 2-step machine, basically a Foot-to-Hand and Hand-to-Foot drill. It is Left-Right symmetrical, with the Hop, Rewind Hop, Reverse Hop and Rewind Reverse Hop forming a Quadruplet. Because of the simplicity, it is a clear example where distinguishing the correct Reverse Hop and Rewind Reverse Hop is intuitive. In the Hop and Reverse Hop, the Flyer "hops" forward. In the Rewind Hop and Rewind Reverse Hop, the Flyer "hops" backward.
