Linea Alba set
The Linea Alba is the first machine with the Sternum-to-Foot pose, and the Reverse Linea Alba is the first machine with the Reverse Sternum-to-Foot pose. They are 2-step machines passing also through Pelvis-to-Foot or Reverse Pelvis-to-Foot, and as such, they pass only through poses I have created!
With the respective Rewind machines, the Linea Alba set has 4 machines.
