1 Base foot slides
Are there simpler machines than this? Just 1 Base foot, and slide. Compare to the simplest 2-step machines!
To the best of my knowledge, I created the first of this kind, the Hip Slide:
The Hip Slide also has an interesting characteristic: it is the same machine if done with the Flyer rotating around Base's Craniocaudal axis (as in the video above) or with the Flyer rotating around the Base's Left-right axis (as in the video of the Rewind Hip Slide below).
