4 Step
4 Step is a machine passing through Mono Star, and arguably one of the easiest to Base and Fly. It is a 4-step machine, presumably the reason for being named 4 Step.
A good definition of it is Mono Star L > Mono Reverse Shin-to-Foot R > Mono Reverse Straddle Throne L > Inside Back Bird R > Mono Star L.
The 4 Step has a Rewind, Reverse and Rewind Reverse, which I refer to as the 4 Step set.
In addition to the set, many machines are related to the 4 Step. A great example is the 2 Step, a more challenging, simpler version.
I Base the 4 Step often, and also Fly it when the opportunity arises.
