AcrobatIvo staples

From the machines I created, there are some that I do often: AcrobatIvo staples. As I have created hundreds of machines, many of them I haven't done again since recording and publishing the video!
The eponymous InêsquecIvo is an elegant combination and I have done it many times, as well as creating variations of it.
The Whip Moi is one of my earliest creations and certainly one of the machines that I do more often. The reason for that is I do almost everytime that I train Back Whips. And you should too, it is a simple way to get from Bird back to Throne and do the Back Whip again. Whip Moi:
