Pelvis-to-Foot

I came up with the Pelvis-to-Foot (P2F) pose, that is similar to Mono Throne. The alignment with the Flyer center of gravity when upright provides stability - and possibly, comfort or discomfort, and/or humour. Funnily enough, due to the alignment, P2F does not have a corresponding Goofy pose (arguably, it is intrinsically Goofy).

This (humorous and) innovative pose was featured in the @bestofacroyoga Instagram in a Reel that was the most viewed Reel there for many months:

The first machines I created with P2F were the different versions of the Raquel's Wheel:

The Reverse Pelvis-to-Foot (RP2F) pose first appeared in Raquel's Bicycle:

I had the idea that it would be even better for me to Fly the machines I created with these poses, when possible.

I created several machines using P2F and RP2F, where I was based by the best Portuguese Bases. The Y Knot was the first of these, and also the one that was featured in the @bestofacroyoga Instagram. With Paulo basing me... Y Knot:

With Luís, the Yo:

In between (!) creating the machines where I was based by the best Portuguese Bases, I created the P2 Step, a simple 2-step machine with Star and RP2F:

I also continued to explore the pose.
