Catherine's Wheel set
Catherine's Wheel is a classic machine. With the Rewind, Reverse and Rewind Reverse, there is a Catherine's Wheel Quadruplet.
They are well described as follows.
Catherine's Wheel: Bird > Shoulder Stand > Reverse Back Bird > Reverse Foot-to-Hand > Bird.
Rewind Catherine's Wheel: Bird > Reverse Foot-to-Hand > Reverse Back Bird > Shoulder Stand > Bird.
Reverse Catherine's Wheel: Reverse Bird > Reverse Shoulder Stand > Back Bird > Foot-to-Hand > Bird.
Rewind Reverse Catherine's Wheel: Reverse Bird > Foot-to-Hand > Back Bird > Reverse Shoulder Stand > Reverse Bird.
The Catherine's Wheel Quadruplet:
The Rewind Reverse Catherine's Wheel is sometimes referred to as Reverse Catherine's Wheel, and previously I followed that nomenclature. The nomenclature I prefer is consistent with the use of "Reverse" for the poses, and I use it consistetnly above in the more recent videos which include the video of the Quadruplet.
The following older videos show the machine that I prefer to refer to as Rewind Reverse Catherine's Wheel (the videos incorrectly refer to Reverse Catherine's Wheel).
